This website is owned and operated by Amy’s ("Amy’s", "we", "us"), Unit 3893, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US. Please do not use this address for any correspondence or order returns. Please contact us if you wish to send any correspondence. For returns, check your delivery invoice or contact us for the address.
We aim to process all enquires and requests as quickly as possible, but we reserve the right to restrict, refuse or cancel orders, as well as refuse access to the website at our discretion.
We reserve the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time, but in respect of any ordered goods, the terms and conditions which apply shall be those which you accepted when placing your order.

Amy’s has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular we try to ensure that all the prices shown on the website are accurate.
Pricing and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. All prices are inclusive of VAT but do not include delivery charges unless otherwise specified.
Use of our products
All products specified in orders from Amy’s are intended for the personal use of the customer or the recipient named on the delivery note. Customers and recipients are strictly forbidden from selling or resale of these products.
If you have a promotional code for a discount, it can be entered on the Shopping Cart page. Mobile users may need to contact us or use the full version of the site to apply a promotional code to their order.
The Multibuy discount is valid on any combination of Turquoise and Mr Tango Shoes items. Price adjustments apply if one pair purchased using Multibuy is returned - see Returns below for details.
Discounts received in the form of cashback are processed as follows: within 24 hours of receipt of your order, subject to ensuring it meets the requirements of the discount, the cashback will be initiated as a refund, to the payment method you used to make your purchase. Normally the process is complete within 1 working day but please allow up to 7 working days in case of delays.
Individual conditions may apply for any discount you have been given. Please refer to the details you were provided with.
Amy's reserves the right to change or withdraw discounts and offers at any time.
How your order is processed
After you place an order with us, you will receive an email acknowledgement of that order to your designated email address. This email is a confirmation and receipt of your order.
If after we have confirmed your order we discover any unforeseen reason as to why we cannot complete it, we will cancel your order, in full or in part, and advise you by email, text or phone call, and refund as necessary.
Our receipt of your offer to purchase our goods is subject to their availability. Our acknowledgement of order acceptance via the web or email is not a guarantee of delivery. If we are unable to deliver the goods which you have offered to purchase we will tell you as quickly as possible and offer alternative items or a full refund. Please note that dispatch and delivery estimates are not guaranteed and that dispatch and delivery times should not be relied upon as such. Please allow adequate time for delivery if you are ordering a gift or for a particular deadline.
Payments are made via PayPal, either via a PayPal account if you have one or by credit or debit card. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account to complete an order.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The agreement between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the jurisdiction of English courts.
All deliveries are subject to stock availability and authorisation of your payment. Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day. We will endeavour to inform you if there is to be a delay. If Amy's is closed for a holiday, the date when your order will be dispatched is displayed on the Shop page, cart page and order confirmation pages.
When multiple items are ordered, they will be shipped together when the order is complete. If part of your order is delayed and partial shipping is preferable, we will confirm this with you before dispatch.
In the case of delivery to an address overseas, Amy’s is not responsible for additional charges, delays or seizures in the destination country. Import restrictions may be in force in some countries outside the European Union. The customer agrees to pay upon receipt any taxes, duties and other charges due for delivery of the order. Amy’s cannot be held in any way liable for these charges.
If there is any error in the delivery address given, Amy’s cannot be held responsible for failure of delivery of the order. It is the customer’s responsibility to give full and accurate information at the time of order, or contact Amy’s as soon as possible if an error is discovered and before items are dispatched.
Amy's is not responsible for any errors by shipping carriers, including delay and loss of items. However, we will do our best to resolve any problems that arise.
We make every effort to ensure that your order is carefully dispatched to you, and we hope that you're happy with your purchase. However, if you have any cause for dissatisfaction with your goods you may return them, subject to the terms below.
Please refer to returns and exchanges page in the Help section for instructions. Items must be in their original condition and returned within 14 days of receiving them. During the Christmas shopping period, this window is extended to 10th January.
The protective plastic film on the sole of Turquoise shoes must be intact. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of any goods you intend to return to us. You may use whichever service you wish for shipping a return. You are responsible for using suitable packaging to minimise the risk of damage during transit, such as a sturdy shoe box, together will balled paper or other packing material to minimise movement. Do not use jiffy/padded bags. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt of the goods by us and we will not be responsible for any delays or losses by your chosen shipper. In the case of a refund, shipping costs are not refundable, except in the case of a mistake made by us when we shipped your order.
The cost of items purchased using the Multibuy offer will be adjusted if one pair is returned. For example, a purchase of two pairs of shoes totalling £210 is £200 using Multibuy. If one pair is returned, the refunded amount will be £95 so that the remaining purchased amount reflects the price of one pair at £105.
Group orders, ready-to-wear orders from Turquoise, and ready-to-wear and custom made orders from Mr Tango Shoes and Very Fine are non-returnable. All (except those custom orders from Mr Tango Shoes with a custom last or mixed sizes) may be exchanged for alternative in-stock items. In the case of a serious error in the manufacturing process, agreed upon by Amy's and the supplier, custom orders might be returned to the supplier to be remade, but this is in exceptional circumstances. Orders from Mr Tango Shoes can be remade once for a fee, subject to agreement with the supplier. If you exchange a custom order for an in-stock item any difference in price must be settled before the exchange is shipped. In the case of a credit difference, a credit note will be issued to you, valid for one year.
If you are returning items for exchange to a UK address, there is no additional shipping fee for the first exchange. Second exchanges and exchange orders outside the UK incur standard shipping fees (the cheapest possible tracked service is used) as listed on the Delivery Information page. Any difference in price between the items you purchased and those you wish to order in exchange must be settled before the exchange is shipped. In the case of a credit difference, a refund for the difference will be processed within 14 working days to the payment method you used to make the purchase (in-stock items only; excludes custom orders as mentioned above).
In the case of a return or exchange from outside the UK, any customs and import fees charged by the UK border agency on return of your items to the UK will be deducted from your refund, except in the case of a mistake made by us when we shipped your initial order or exchange.
Shoes that have clearly been worn are non-returnable. However, if you are experiencing serious issues with the fit, please contact us to discuss.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Defects or damage
In the case of legitimate and justified complaint of damage or defect to goods received, we will refund, repair or replace an item. Amy’s does not accept responsibility for any damage to goods by shipping carrier or customer.
Right to cancel this agreement
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days starting the day after delivery (the 'cooling-off period') in which to cancel this agreement, if for any reason you are not happy with the goods that have been delivered. If you wish to cancel this agreement, you must notify us, and return the goods that have been delivered to you. Refunds are processed as soon as possible and within 14 days on receipt of returned goods.
How you can cancel this agreement
Should you wish to cancel an order please contact us straight away by calling or email us. Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. If cancelled before dispatch, a refund of your payment will be processed as soon as possible. If cancelled orders are unavoidably delivered to you, we shall be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be re-credited to you. If an order has already been dispatched, this agreement may be cancelled by returning the goods to us as detailed above.
How Amy’s can cancel this agreement
We reserve the right to cancel the order if we have insufficient stock, our shipping carrier is unable to deliver to your area and we cannot secure an alternative, we are unable to obtain payment from you, a fault or error in the product description means we cannot fulfill the order, or we have an outstanding dispute with you over payment of a previous order.

All rights, including copyright, in the design, text, graphics and layout of this website are owned by Amy's, and in all software and software compilations are owned by, or licensed to, Amy’s. All rights reserved. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and may be registered in certain parts of the world.
You are not permitted, without our prior written consent, to copy, transmit, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, modify or adapt this website, its contents or underlying software.
Accuracy of content
We have made every effort to ensure that the products are fairly described, that the product information is correct, and that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours you see will vary with the quality of your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your display will accurately reflect the colour of the product requested on delivery.
If, on receiving ordered goods, you have any cause for dissatisfaction you may return them in accordance with our returns procedure, explained above and on the returns and exchanges page.
Damage to your computer
Amy’s makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from defects or viruses. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use the correct equipment when using the website, and to protect from anything that may damage it.
